- Enhanced quality management system by synchronizing time clock system with training and competency matrix, which improved scheduling by added the capability to rapidly rotate staff based upon skills to cover absences and enabled production forecasting.
- Implemented a video conferencing system, saving more than $11,000 annually in travel expenses.
- Planned and initiated a building security upgrade, using leading-edge technology to ensure the safety of employees, property and proprietary information.
- Processed medical records, organizing and preparing charts for electronic storage and performed tasks involved in storage, including scanning and identifying forms
